This cache is located at the top of a hill just over 0.1 miles from
the road.
This cache is a clear plastic container buried in a rockpile on the
top of a little hill north of Brown Mountain along Kinney Road. The
cache is located about 8 meters northwest of a 2 meter diameter
stone circle (hence the name of this cache). Please be sure to hide
the cache in the rocks when you are done as this is an exposed
site, though probably with low traffic. Park at the parking pullout
labeled K22 and follow the trail up the hill through the little
saddle. When the trail disappears into the hillside when you are
about 60 meters (200 feet) from the cache, it's time to do a
rockscramble up the hillside. The trail above this point is
intermittent with the clearest part of it near the top of the hill.
