This is a cache suitable for mini cachers as its full of small toy animals. These can be traded out, in return for similar items, ideally animal types.
It's located on a public footpath that runs along the perimeter of Hale shoreline, offering fantastic views over the river Mersey.
The cache itself is brown with a black screwtop lid about 6 inches tall. It can be approached from two directions.
1. Park at the bottom of Church Rd, walk down to the lighthouse, then along the shore in a westerly direction.
2. Park at Hale park and walk through the woods to the river.
Please bring you're own pen/pencil to sign the log book.
