NOTE added 5-28-2012: The original container was an Otter box that has now been muggled. The new container is made to blend in with the surroundings better, but I decided to leave the cache name as is.
This is a cache at a very popular spot. As such, there are almost always lots and lots of...MUGGLES!!
Therefore...use Extreme Stealth when searching.
NOTE: Due to the error imparted by being close to a building with lots of metal, please utilize the hint and/or spoiler photo to avoid being noticed by muggles!
