Another entry in our local library series. The library is part of the Villa-Parke Community Center. When closed, there are big exterior gates that they lock, so if you go when it's not open you won't get to look at the library itself. The hide IS accessible 24/7, though. Easiest access to the library itself is actually through the main entrance on the south side of the building. A restroom is in the lobby to the left. The library is upstairs.
