WCD3: Hollow Heart Traditional Cache
Bhanacharaid: I haven't lived in the area for some years and although I return a couple of times a year, I just don't get around to maintaining most of my old caches. Friends who also helped have also moved on so it's time to close them all down, and make room for new ones.

A 'WINTER CACHE AND DASH' that you can complete when the weather prevents you venturing far afield. The route takes you along a few pretty, remote lanes. Don't block the narrow road: there's a pulling place nearby.
Long, long ago (2013!) I moved away from Sussex but I have left a few caches in place and I check on them when Im back in the area and change logs etc. This is one of those caches. BUT... COME EQUIPPED WITH SPARE LOG ROLL SHEETS AND REMOVE A SOGGY LOG IF YOU FIND ONE. Please forgive a rant: I have a very small geocaching bag that I keep in the car containing the GPS, some swag when I have it, some small plastic sealable bags - and spare log roll sheets. Why on earth would an experienced cacher go out there without at least a bit of paper to sign and insert in a cache if the original is wet? In common with many fellow caches, I rely on cachers using their common sense to keep remote caches alive. So - don't just log that a cache is too wet to sign - come equipped to replace it!
