Geocache Description:

The Bluebell 200 is a series of six caches placed to celebrate pavwaykat's 200th cache find, named because it is one of her favourite walks, as in late spring the woods at the start of the circular walk are full of bluebells. However, the route is interesting any time of the year with views of Magdale and Deer Hill beyond Meltham. Look out for rare breed sheep in the fields below and the circular structure which looks like a Saxon round house, which is in fact a barn for storing sheep food.

It takes about an hour to complete the series and there is a stretch uphill. The caches are all on public footpaths and not on private land or in walls. Strong footwear is recommended as the footpaths can get muddy after rain, hence the terrain rating. This is located on the outskirts of Meltham near the B6108 Huddersfield Road .There is parking space available near no 6 but care should be taken as the road is busy. The cache is a replacement a very short way from the previous, smaller one that got waterlogged. Please use stealth here especially if there is anyone in the nearby stables.
