TAKE A GANDER Mystery Cache

The cache is a small seal box, situated close to a very well known location on the TT Course.
The inspiration for this cache came by listening to the various languages being spoken during TT Fortnight.
The above co-ordinates are NOT FOR THE CACHE LOCATION but are a way-point close to the cache site.
To get the cache co-ordinates you will have to complete a little problem solving and some simple mathematics.
There are 5 different languages used to compose this mystery cache, but which ones? That's the mystery!
If driving from the cache location, care needs to be taken in both directions,
as the 2 junctions onto the main roads can be very busy with restricted views.
