Update: The outside container is not threaded. It lifts off.
Small, screw top container. (Sub)urban cache. No tools required. You won't need to leave the sidewalk. No need to touch any wires. Plainly marked with the stylized cross-hair-G "international" logo.
To add to the debacle that has unfolded in the logs, apparently this is a doggy rest area (hey, one of the attributes IS "dogs allowed...") so bring gloves or handi-wipes if that kind of thing bothers you. :)

After a lengthy 'telephone' call, where my geocaching partner-in-crime complained that we were rapidly running out of wooded area in our nearby vicinity, it was decided to try a (sub)urban hide.
But how to do it, without resorting to yet another LPC? Or a nano jammed in a sign 'pole'?
While out bike riding with the kids, the perfect spot was found. Right on a sidewalk. No need to be on anyone's property. Nothing was damaged in hiding the cache -- in fact, you might say a problem was solved.
Cache is a clear, screw-top container (about 4x5 inches)with the usual kid's toys for swag, a small log book, and a packet of lottery scratch-offs as a FTF prize (but if you win big, I'd like to see one heck of a "needs maintenance" note left -- I'll be there within minutes.)

This is next to a pretty busy road, so keep an eye on your surroundings, and a close watch on your little ones.
With the cheesy hints in the description, you might not even need the GPS. :)
