Dis-oriented Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hoosier_Reviewer: Attention cache owner,

It has been brought to my attention that the Charles C. Deam Wilderness area now prohibits geocaching.

The land managers have requested that we archive all active caches and prohibit all new caches. If you feel that there is an error and your cache isn't on their property, please email me at Hoosierreviewer@gmail.com

Thanks,

Hoosier Reviewer

Geocache Description:

I'll admit, this wasn't the most thought out cache I've ever placed... But hey, its an ammo can in the woods, and we all love those!

You are looking for a well camo painted ammo can hidden in the Deam Wilderness/Hoosier National Forest. It was hidden on the day we did the "Get Oriented" compass event along these trails. There was so much going on getting ready to lead this hike that I sort of spaced out organizing the contents of this cache like I typically would. I don't remember if we put in a stash note, and the log book turned out to be one that I'd intended to stick in a different cache! It isn't actually hidden all that well, either. Just sort of sitting there. If not for the camo paint you'd probably see it from 30 yards away! Anyway, there's a nice little folding pliers for the FTF, and a travel bug in there at the outset. Good Luck!

(Geez... okay, there is NO travel bug in there. I put that in a cache down near Greensburg... whew.. this is surely one dis-oriented cache!)
