This geocache is very easy; Easy access (park next to main road or pull off on the dirt road and find ample turnaround space within a quarter mile), easy to find. Great place to stretch and exercise your pet.
For those of you that have traveled US95 going North or going South between Las Vegas and Hawthorne, Nevada you may (more than likely not) have seen the beautiful rugged mountain peak to the northeast of the highway. This peak has a unique characteristic not seen by many. Find the cache (not the Thingamajig) to determine the name of the 7341 foot peak and unveil the majestic secret kept by the Walker River Paiute Tribe and Mineral County Citizens. Bet you have never used a real Nevada Thingamajig before!! By now you are beaming with excitement to see if you are right with your “I know the name” guess of the peak!!!
