You can park your car so that you can't be easily seen.
The movie house is still standing, but not sure for how long. There are obvious scenes of demolition and construction all around the area. I understand they're going to put in a new movie house here at some point.
Sometime earlier this year, I purchased quite a few hide-a-key containers thinking that I had a great location to put out many of them (a VERY long guardrail); then, when the rules changed and we can no longer place new caches on guardrails in VA, I find myself with "surplus" caches on hand... so, I spread a few of these around Stafford today.
