Small painted twist-top food container. Lightly covered to keep the container less visible. Another in the series of "red top" containers.. only the red top is painted to blend in better.
Log only - bring writing implement.
Nearest parking I found is on Jason Lane north of the cache. Be VERY careful walking along the road or crossing the road(s) enroute to GZ. Cars aren't looking for cachers.
No sidewalk along road and shoulder is poorly suited for walking. There's no parking in the wayside, nor on route 1.
Seems like there should be another geocache in the Stafford wayside along route 1 North.
The cache is very near the road, just a short hike through the woods will get you the smiley! If coords don't zero you in at GZ, use your geo-sense.
For those not familiar with the area, Route 1 splits around the wayside. There are separated one-way lanes going north and south. You may need to drive around a short loop around the wayside to find parking closest to GZ. There are cut-throughs through the wayside so you don't need to go to the end of the wayside to change directions.
