Should be an easy find, unless it gets drifted over in the winter. You can pull in the driveway nearby to get off the road, again weather permitting.
This cache is placed at the location of the Evergreen school, the first school/postoffice in Geneseo Township. A log school was built here in 1885 and then replaced with a frame structure in 1863. In 1921, with the completion of the Geneseo Consolidated school 1 mile N.E. the building became part of a farmstead which was demolished in 1964. This cache is placed with permission of owner, please be respectful of private property.
