lamoracke: thanks for coming to my first event, had the idea for a leap year party at least 8 months ago. I saw and said hi to everyone who had attended on this page, well, minus one who perhaps took one toe in and then ran away. Most attended 2/29 event in Washington, which is nice. Course it had the time advantage compared to the one up north being after work. This allowed many folks to attend both so that worked out nicely for those chaps.
looked at the numbers in case someone was thinking of this question after hosting their own event, about 65% of hosts "attend" their own hosted event, even if I decided against it. Thus, would not have felt too guilty if I decided to "attend" it.
and realized the next day I forgot to give away one of my major giveaways. Ah well.
