Biblioteca Municipal de Proença-a-Nova

A Biblioteca Municipal foi inaugurada dia 29 de Abril de 1995, no edifício actual, e pertence actualmente à Rede Nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas. 

Está aberta de Segunda a Sexta das 9h30 às 18h e nos Sábados das 14h às 18h. Possuiu uma área com exposições temporárias, um auditório contíguo para sessões de cinema, teatro e conferências e possui ainda postos de acesso gratuito à internet. 

Fazem parte desta bliblioteca pólos e extenções espalhados pelo concelho, como por exemplo Sobreira Formosa, Atalais, São Pedro do Esteval...
