Just off the Sentiero Viandante which is a long distance footpath running along the east side of Lakes Lecco and Como.
The cache lies near a junction of paths and a chapel (Capello Maglia, 18th century) marked with the Latin inscription 'Carolli Antonii Maglia hoc sacellum aedificavit'. The footpath beside which the cache lies goes from the chapel down to the church at Gittana. This part of the Sentiero between Castello di Vezio and Bellano is a beautiful walk through woodland, with gorgeous views of Lake Como. The cache is a lock and lock box containing a logbook, pencil and some little knick knacks.
