MuskokaXXX: I have a feeling there is a nearby resident on Byron who does not like this cache being across the street from their home. I have decided to archive this cache. I have only hid 4 caches but this one was my favorite.

I will be moving soon so will seek out new locations in my new neighourhood.

Geocache Description:

Flat Urban Setting, Pedestrian walkway corridor with some vegetation. This cache has been muggled several times so you now have to BYOP.

This cache is located near a popular coffee establishment on the former Byron Electric Tram Line corridor. It is presently used as a greenspace pedestrian walkway. The first electric trolley ran from Holland Ave. to Brittania Beach April 2, 1900. The last train to collect fares ran on a regular run was May 1, 1959. The corridor is now being included in future LRT EA studies. The cache container includes a PIN commemorating the 100th anniversery of the CDN/US International Boundary commission.
