Take My Breath Away Traditional Cache

The cache is a small lock'n'lock hidden at a spectacular viewpoint in Thetis Lake Park. Access is from the end of Stewart Mountain or Davies Road. I bushwhacked in from Munns Road; this route is NOT recommended even though it is park land, because of the difficulty and the potential damage to the terrain. I found a trail leading NW out from the viewpoint; it led me to a more well-defined trail and the backside of a 'private property boundary' sign. Having looked at the CRD maps, I can assure you that this point is nowhere near private property; the actual park boundary is several hundred meters farther NE. After you have reached the sign (if coming in from the NW), don't continue farther down this trail; there is a faint trail that gets more defined leading toward the cache site, just before you get to the 'top' of the mossy open area that the trail runs through.
