Leckeres Eierlikoer-Rezept, auch zum echten Nachkochen geeignet.

Eierlikoer-Rezept

Die ersten vier Zutaten in einer Ruehrschuessel im heissen, nicht kochenden Wasserbad mit Schneebesen schaumig schlagen. Danach die restlichen Zutaten im Wasserbad verruehren. Nach ein paar Minuten in Glasflaschen abfuellen, kuehlen und servieren. Damit es nicht zu einfach zum Nachkochen wird, folgt nun die Liste der Zutaten und die Methode der Zubereitung in englisch. Ingredients.
6 egg yolk
1 small packet of vanilla sugar
95 g powdered sugar
108 g icing sugar
101 ml cream
50 ml milk
61 ml light milk
119 ml vodka
61 ml more vodka
61 ml still more vodka

Method.
Put egg yolk into the mixing bowl.
Add small packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar to the mixing bowl.
Put icing sugar into the mixing bowl.
Put cream into the mixing bowl.
Put milk into the mixing bowl.
Add light milk to the mixing bowl.
Put vodka into the mixing bowl.
Put more vodka into the mixing bowl.
Add still more vodka to the mixing bowl.
Liquefy contents of the mixing bowl.
Pour contents of the mixing bowl into the baking dish.

Serves 1.
