Geocache Description:

This cache is situated within McBrides Park where the horses used to run. The cache itself is close to parking and a great for dog walkers.

These fields were used for horses over 25yrs years ago and when Mcbrides expanded during the mid to late 80's they develped this area of land to what it is today. I often walk through this area with my dogs, this part of Alkrington woods is often unvisited so hopefully this cache will intoduce people to a new part of these wonderful woods.
