How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

THIS BACK TO SCHOOL CACHE *IS* AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. TO "QUALIFY" FOR THIS CHALLENGE AND CLAIM YOUR GOLD SMILEY, YOU MUST FIRST FINISH YOUR ASSIGNMENT AND TURN IN FINAL PRODUCT (YOUR LOG). PARENT SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED.

An easy peasy, hopefully fun challenge cache for your hunting pleasure. You will be graded on neatness and formatting, however. ;p

This challenge requires the following criteria be met:

___ Find or have found a cache that begins with every
digit of your geocaching.com log-in caching name.

___ no cache may be used twice in the acrostic
However, different caches with the same title
are fine (it happens, right?)
Nor can you use the same cache for ANOTHER ACROSTIC
Cacher Challenge (soon to come)

___ any cache you find counts, past or present

___ If your geocaching.com caching name includes a
punctuation symbol (non-letter or non-number), it
is acceptable to use a cache with that symbol
somewhere in the name of the cache.
Cache title does not have to start with symbol

___ Caches with the number or punctuation symbol
spelled out are also acceptable for your Acrostic.
Cache titles with numbers or spelled out numbers DO
have to be at the start of the cache title

___ Include GC#'s at the end of each line

___ List cache titles in your log in acrostic format on
this cache page (or at least first 3-4 words of
title)

EXAMPLE:

Y - Yakkity Yak Yak... (GC20JZ7)
O - Oro Blanco #35 (GC23XT3)
U - Uno (GCMBE9)
D - Dylan's Dragonfly By (GC1NM8J)
A - A Big Black Bison At... (GC29Z44)
D - Dennis' Toy Box (GC1EPC0)

Difficulty and Terrain are based more on the variance of D/T caches you may have used to create your acrostic. Actual terrain is 1.5 and actual difficulty is 1.5.

Parking might be tricky, however, particularly during week days.
