This cache is at the 9/11 memorial at the Fort Morrow Fire Department and Community room. It is easily accessible 24 hrs. a day. The community room is used often by Waldo residents, so there may be muggles in the area.
Waldo's 9/11 memorial was dedicated on the 10th anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks. This memorial is an actual piece of steel from the destroyed World Trade Center. It was aquired by members of the fire department, and picked up at JFK Airport in NYC. Feel free to touch the steel and remember the heros that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
