This could be the oldest cache in Stourbridge now in its 12th Year of staying put.. I have replaced the whole contained and the anagram is no longer needed but is fun still the same. Please replace the cache log book as found and DO NOT remove from the cord. Cache on my fine friends!

Do not force or move the cache container, there is no need to do this to retrieve the log book. Also, after signing the log book, use the same method to replace the log as you did to retrieve it making sure you leave it as you found it. Please wrap the cord around the container and replace the bung.
Co ords take you to approx position while leaving a challenge for you,
Parking can be found within 100 yards of the cache on both sides of the road.
Please note that this cache is next to a very fast rat run of a road with a 60mph limit so be careful with kids and dogs.
This cache will be harder to see in the summer months :-)
Once anagram is solved retrieval will be easy, just take it gently on retrieval and replacement.
PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PUSH ANYTHING INTO THE CACHE OPENING, THIS WILL RUIN THE CACHE FOR OTHER PLAYERS. If you cannot work the anagram out, think about it logically, muggles should not be a problem if the cord is wrapped around and the bung replaced.
Also Please please please replace the log book container at the very bottom of the cache container, do not leave it on the edge it takes the fun out of it.
OK this seems to be causing a few problems so to make it fun for the next people. I will give a MASSIVE hint.
The bung is magnetic, the cache inside the tube is magnetic, the cache SHOULD be placed at the bottom of the tube after you have signed the log.
