Why do we have Leap Year?  The short answer is to keep the calendar in synch with the seasons. A better answer is to have a Berks County Geocaching Event! 

So Happy Leap Day, everyone!  Since February 29th only comes once every four years, let's celebrate the day with a Flash Mob Photo!  Come join us at one of Berks County's most famous landmarks:  The Pagoda!
