Congratulations Quilter512 for FTF
My first cache was a bit personal, so I’m going to think nothing of making this, my second cache, personal too. We had to leave our place in the city to move in with my parents in the county due to the big bad “C” word. When my mom first found she had cancer, I had to learn to care for my paralyzed father. Taking care of a man who can’t move anything below the waist and can’t control his balance above – really makes u take notice of things u might not have before.
In this age when things are supposed to be politically correct and everything is supposed to be handy cap friendly – u really notice how much still ISNT wheel chair friendly – how many places he still can’t get to, how tight others are. So many things he use to enjoy in life are gone to him now – and so many other things he might enjoying trying are not really as wheel chair “friendly” as they are supposed to be. Like geo caching. We’ve told him so many stories about the adventures we’ve been on. It’s something I think he’d really enjoyed trying. But think about it? How many caches out there are really accessible to the handicap? Especially here in Bedford. I can’t think of a one.
So I am making this wheel chair accessible cache for my dad and others like him so that they may fall under the spell of the sport all the rest of us enjoy.
To get better (bt not exact) coordinates just answer the questions below. But be warned these cords WILL NOT take you to ground zero either. But if you take a look AROUND you and keep in mind that it’s within reach for my dad (And Hopefully all others confined to a wheelchair.) it shouldn't be a problem. Happy hunting :-)
PLEASE put container back exactly as found so that we can keep this cache wheel chair accessible. I've had to adjust it more then once now.

PLEASE, as always NO spoilers in your logs. Tricky little hints are OK, but no step by step directions. WHY spoil the fun or frustration for others ???
