This is a publicly accessible area and you do not have to cross
any fences. My Garmin wouldn't zero in very well, but it got pretty
close, though I did bump up the difficulty a little. You are
looking for a container bigger than a nano, but smaller than a .30
caliber ammo can. Respect the area, practice stealth if warranted,
please post no hints or spoilers, and rehide the cache EXACTLY as
you find it so the next person can have the same challenge. Thank
