A cache at the Swannanoa River.
You can park at the top lot or park down at the shelter and mosey over to the bridge. When I first placed this cache, there was an ever-growing pile of sticks, leaves, and debris collecting at the dam. Now that the city has spent some time and money on some upkeep, the mess has disappeared. The cache title doesn't apply now but that's a good thing. You're looking for a camo'd plastic container. BYOP.
