The Canadian passport is a valuable document which allows Canadians to travel the world (to go geocaching in foreign lands perhaps?)
In order to find the coordinates of this cache, calculate the digital root (DR)and any other arithmetic of the following six questions and then substitute the value of the corresponding letter.
N45° 35.ABC W076° 49.DEF
A) Canadian passports have been subject to abuse over the years. One example was the use of the identity of a deceased Canadian by a Russian spy in 1961. Calculate the DR of the LAST NAME OF THE SPY, then add 2.
B) How many maple leaves are there on the cover of the new and improved Canadian passport (as of May 2023)? Subtract 3 from the DR of your answer.
C) What is the current applicant's cost (as of March 2025) of an adult 5 year Canadian passport? Subtract 3 from DR of your answer.
D) If you were a Canadian diplomat, what colour would the cover of your passport be? Subtract 3 from the DR.
E) There is an image of a "blank" on the left hand side of page 14 of the revised passport.Calculate the DR then subtract 1.
F) There is a symbol on the cover of Canadian passports. What is this called? Subtract 5 from the DR.
The cache container is large enough to hold the log book, geocoins, smallish travel bugs and small sized swag. It contains a couple of pencils, some swag to start and a prize for the FTF!
HAVE A GOOD TRIP (even if it's only "Up the Valley")!!!
