Sportsman Lake is located 5 miles east of Seminole, Oklahoma. Stretching nearly 2 miles from one end to the other and over a 1/4 mile wide. A great fishing lake for anglers of all ages. Equestrian and hiking trails ring the lake. The lake's shoreline ranges from gentle to steep slopes with numerous rock outcrops and small cliffs. The hilltops and upper slopes are generously forested with small hardwood trees, primarily oak, blackjack, and pine trees.
There is plenty of tent and horse camping available for all with some very nice RV hookups. This is one of our favorite locations to camp. Cache is in the most logical place, but not easily spotted.
