Come in and visit us...


7 days a week 8:30am to 4:30pm



Come in the visitor center and speak to one of our staff about our cache, an ammo can filled with various trades! The cache is available during our business hours. A one hour pass is available from the visitor center for free or $15 for a one day pass. There are several caches in the area that can be found in a one hour period that do not required off road vehicles.


See our new tortoise habitat and various other creatures that may be found in this desert. Other displays and booths offered information on BLM's abandoned mine lands program, cultural resources, environmental education for students, fire prevention and more.

Also at the visitor center you can find out all kinds of information about offroading and camping at El Mirage and the SCTA (So California Timing Association) land speed racing. El Mirage has a lot to offer and we hope you enjoy this area.
