A medium size lockable in a gazebo in a triangle of common ground. Parking is easy without snow, be a bit careful where you choose to park when there is snow.
Nearby two Liberty Elms are planted and a sign recognizing Effingham veterans. On the other side of the church is an interesting cemetery.
Although not labeled as a KidsKache, I will try to keep a few small kids oriented items in amongst the TBs. Change on September 6, 2013: You no longer need to climb on the bench to reach this cache. I don't know how well the Velcro will hold, so try leaving the lid in place.
