Geocache Description:

Looks like somebody stole the old Coin Purse when this was the hood, but it looks like the place is being fixed up.

So, my wife and I were out here checking out all the gentrification going on. When we left we realized she had lost her coin purse! We couldn't get back there so I'm marking the location for my friends to search.

I upped the terrain to 2 for the wet winter. You'll be fine in summer though.
