This cache is part of a series of themed caches located on MDC Conservation land. Permission for placement has been granted by the MDC forester in charge of the area, Mrs. Frances Main. This cache is located off trail and will require a bit of navigation with your GPS. Mark your vehicle if you are prone to getting turned about in the woods. It is not difficult traveling by any stretch of the imagination, however some are more adept in the woods than others.
The cache's name is a Greek word that means 'treasure-store". It is also from the Greeks that we have this idea that these Beasties of the Wood have such a thing.
Just to know...this is not truly the thesauros kept by these inhabitants....for that is a secret spot not known to those of our kind. This is but a sampling they have set aside for us, for coming to visit their neck of the woods.
There are, at the moment, breakables in there for the first handful or so of first to finders. Handled gentle enough...they shouldn't break. Some have traveled from the old country and are tickled to be used as Christmas presents for those of the Order that can find them. Merry Christmas my friends.
