This cache is part of the Snoopy series of puzzle and letterbox caches by meandmydogs. The actual cache is located in Londonderry in southern NH.
Growing up as a child in England, my parents always bought a daily newspaper and one of my favorite cartoons in that newspaper was 'Fred Basset'. I coincidentally also picked up the Basset Hound as a raffle ticket in a recent event, so I just had to place a cache about the basset hound!
Here is a sample cartoon strip
 |
Hmm - not sure why this isn't too sharp!
They say "The dahlias should be coming up soon"
Fred thinks "Sooner than you think......my bone's under that lot!" |
To solve the puzzle, the best site to use is wikipedia - look up Fred Basset and all the answers should be there!
The cache can be found at North AB CD.EFG, West HI JK.LMN
