Goat on a Hill #5 Traditional Cache

Another installment in my Goat series. Probably the hardest one, this one takes some strength. There is a path that leads you basically to the top. FTF gets whatever they want.
Bring a camera, this hill has an AWESOME view of the Victor Valley. This cache was originally on the mountain next to this one, but there was already a cache nearby(premium) so it was ineligible. So that was fun retrieving that and bringing it up to this hill.
