This is one of the busiest shopping areas in the city. And nestled within is a nice, little cemetery with gravestones dating back to the mid-1800's. Take a moment and appreciate the quiet history hidden among the chaos of our modern life.
The cache you seek is a pill bottle, placed well away from any stones, but unfortunately not snow friendly.
PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION: There is no parking directly in front of this cemetery. We used a pull-off just south of the gate, but there is also a street further north (it's just a bit longer of a walk). To access this cemetery, you will be walking along a generally very busy road -- please use common sense and keep yourself safe (don't bother looking down at your GPSr until you're inside the gates of the cemetery... watch for cars instead!!). UPDATE: a nice sidewalk has been put in, but still no need to look at the GPS until you're safely inside the gate.
***ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING IN THIS AREA FROM DUSK TO DAWN, IF YOU QUESTION WHETHER IT'S LIGHT ENOUGH OUT... JUST SKIP THIS ONE AND COME BACK WHEN YOU'RE SURE (There are residences surrounding this cemetery and you don't want to make them nervous prowling around with a flashlight)***
