Very hard to find. It is in the Elbow Park neighborhood, not the nearby dog park.
If I notice that the geocache is ever frozen shut, I will disable it but it would probably be best to not even attempt the the cache if it has been snowing.
The cache is not on private property, it is in the boulevard, so don't be worried about trespassing.
Only micro geocoins and travel bugs with small items attached to them will fit.
Please no night geocaching since it's in a residential neighborhood.
