Geocache Description:

The cache is accessible by going down the stairs on the Ephrata Linear Park. The path at the bottom of the stairs connects with other paths. No need for bush whacking.

Bring a trinket and a pen.

Parking is available at the Corner of E. Fulton and N. State Streets.

The park is a short (less than 1 mile) but well developed paved bikeway, that will eventually connect to the Lititz-Warwick trailway. It has been built on the former Reading & Columbia shortline Railroad and includes connections to schools, basketball courts and naturalized park areas. Plans call for the trail to eventually connect to the Lititz-Warwick Trail in Lancaster County.

From the Boro Web Site: "Linear Park Trail is approximately 4,800 linear feet of trail on the abandoned railway bed between East Fulton Street and Sycamore Road at Pointview Avenue. A twelve foot wide macadam trail with site lighting, benches, trash receptacles, and landscaping".
