You are looking for medium plastic tube that has taken refuge at the end of a short access road on the way to Nowhere-ville.
You might ask why I put this very very easy cache out today and named it in this strange manner. Well, today is my 70th birthday and I put it out there because I still can. If nothing else, this cache should fill a cachers one-a-day need and give me a little fun in the bargain. This is an easy park and grab and is my birthday gift to all of you as I head for 71. The owner assumes no responsibility for injury or loss of equipment while you hunt for this cache. Congratulations to WrongWayMommy for the FTF.
