Tiburcio Vazquez in the 1870’s found a small Indian Shaman, Ulv Temay, of the Huichol tribe that had been vision questing in the local hills from his homeland in Central Mexico. The two became unlikely friends, Vazquez, a bandito from the local area, and Temay, an Indian Shaman from a land far away.

Both had secret treasures to hide from the Spanish who had invaded both countries long ago.
Between the two, they started at an old Indian encampment now called Hummingbird nest where the Indians used to sit and grind the acorns from the local live oak.

There’s now a white fence where the first hint is located. These five local caches will give you hints on how to find the final Treasure. You’ll need to find and log all of the caches to get to the final Treasure.

They wandered up waterfalls, through rocks, explored caves all along the way. Some you’ll need equipment to bring with you to get to, or to see the next hint.
You'll need to get all these caches for the final 5/5
