Blank page Mystery Cache

Zambesiboy: It is with great reluctance that I am archiving this cache. For some reason Groundspeak will not display the dropbox link for the essential part to solve the puzzle. I have spent 3 hours trying to resolve this to no avail. Sorry guys - one of my favorite caches. I shall remove the cache when I am next in Cape Town
