Shiny Quarter for FTF and Bring your own pen

After moving into the area, I noticed all the caches are placed by Okra & Desert Lady. I was surprised to find this location was not aready taken. So.... having said that, stop by and get some history. As you are reading, your cacher's eye should easily spot ground zero!
