Geocache Description:

This is a micro hidden somewhere in the City of Butler. Use the photo to figure out where to stand in order to find the cache.

When the early settlers came upon this area, they saw the hill and decided it was a good place to build a town. Today the Butler County Courthouse stands on the highest point on Main Street and is easily seen from nearly anywhere in the city.

The listed coordinates are for the courthouse. It is the chief landmark in your search for the cache. Carefully examine the photo and figure out where the photographer was standing. That is where the coordinates for the final stage are listed. NOTE: The wooden structure on the left of the picture is no longer there. It shouldn't change your ability to find the first stage.

The parking coordinates are near the courthouse, but the cache is not. There is on-street parking near the cache and a parking lot at a nearby business just down the hill from the cache. I can't give you the coordinates for the parking as that would pretty much give away the puzzle, huh?
