This cache is not at the published coordinates! To find this, you must first find GC398TY... the real coordinates are inside that log book.
You are looking for a black film canister. Please bring your own writing instrument. After signing the log, please replace it in the plastic bag and make sure that the lid is closed tightly.
Although I did my best to ensure the accuracy of these coordinates, you may experience some drift due to tree cover. No bushwhacking is required!
Also, although I tried to avoid the nasty stuff, apparently there is some poison oak in the vicinity. Please be careful, and bring Tecnu!
