Geocache Description:

There are many places to see the ocean and the lava rocks as you hike along. This cache is along the Coastal Trail in Kapalua.

The Coastal Trail runs along the ocean's edge north from Kapalua Bay Beach, across Hawea Point, to a boardwalk across the sand dunes at Oneloa Bay. When completed, the 3.5 mile trail will reach all the way to historic Honolua Bay.

There is parking at Kapalua Bay Beach where there also are restrooms, showers and good swimming and snorkeling. Other parking areas are maked with a P on the map.

This cache is a very small tupperware type container about 35 feet from the trail. Bring a writing implement to sign the log
