Happy New Year! It is time to start the new year off with our January gathering. Located at First Evangelical Covenant Church, 1933 Tremont Blvd NW, Grand Rapids
Across the street from the church is the awesome sliding hill at Union High School! So this month - after our meal -- those adventurous souls can head out for some sliding fun! Be sure to bring your snuggies and sleds. Others that can't or don't want to brave the elements will be able to stay at church and visit, trade stories, etc.
Our potlucks are very popular (we average about 100 people) so we have started having every family bring a main dish AND a dish to pass. As always - if you have a specialty that you like to share... feel free to break the "rules". We will have plenty of outlets for crock pots or other electrical appliances as needed. As most know by now - we meet in the church gym, so there are plenty of tables to eat at and half the gym is available for the kids to run and play!f
