Geocache Description:



The only way this cache is related to mummies is big rocks were moved for both. Oh yea, LosKomodos is moving to Egypt. He hid quite a few very nice caches in San Marcos. We took a hike together to this location once. We schemed on how/where to hide more in Purgatory. He loved this place. This is my way of saying thanks from all of us. He won't mind one more hike before he leaves.

The waypoint shows the new Malacoda trail that makes this unique area easy to access from the main trail. Malacoda might be the Italian word for the Egyptian hieroglyphic that means grotto. Perhaps you've seen the view from the cliff above. Now you can see from below.
