Early pioneers came West looking for land where they could fulfill their dreams. This is typical of the sheds the pioneers built in the early 1900s. These pioneers played a very important part in settling the southern Alberta prairies. Numerous pioneers survived this type of living but many did not. Visual memories of these buildings are fast becoming destroyed and disappearing.
