Located on a trail between Satellite Rd. and Stiles Cove Path (north) on the ECT.
Finding the cache is straightforward, even easy.
We tried to make the container a little different so that signing the log will be a little more interesting, maybe even puzzling.
You don't need to move the container, and there's no need to take along any "special tools", but you have to sign the log to claim the smilie...
