Doyster: We're going to archive this circuit as it's been around for 4 years now and, now that we have a 2 year old to look after, we're not getting the time to maintain the caches as they deserve. Archiving this series should open up the area to new caches.

Cache is similar to a 35mm container but longer and camouflaged. Bring a pen.
You're now on the banks of the river Whitewater, a chalk stream renowned for it's trout fishing.
The nearby manor is Borough Court, first mentioned in parish records in 1477, held in the priory of Mary Magdalen, Winchester. Later part of the manor of Odiham.
Please note: This cache is by the river. Please keep animals and children under control.

The Doyster 'White' route, circles the river whitewater to the east of Hook.
The route consists of 17 caches plus 2 bonus and 3 other caches, a total of 22. There are also other caches nearby for those looking to make a big day of it.
The route is mostly on footpaths but does include short stretches of byway and quiet roads. You'll need to cross the A30 twice and will also be near the river Whitewater on a couple of occasions so please take care with children and animals. The standard route is 4.70 miles but can be increased to 6.21 miles if you include the bonuses.
Please note that some parts of the route can get wet and muddy, mainly in the flood meadows and especially between Black Hole and the A30. You'll need walking boots at the very least unless it's been a very dry summer.
